• When do I expect my shipment?
  The majority of our shipments take around 10-15 business days to be delivered. But it might take longer depending on which part of the country you are living in and your preferred shipment method so keep an eye out for your goodies! We know it’s so hard to wait for your package but trust us, it’s worth it and you’ll love your product.

• What if I want cancel my order?
  No worries, if you want to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Here’s some more good news for you, there are no cancellation fees. If the order was shipped, then you can contact us to return it immediately before opening it, we will issue the refund minus the return shipping.

• Do you take returns?
  We accept returns on unopened items only, please send us back the package and once we receive it your refund will be processed.  Return shipping is not covered.

• Do you offer free shipping internationally?
  We would love to do that one day, but for now we only offer our free shipping to Canada and the US.
